Returns
You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase is provided (order number, receipt, etc.).
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, such as items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing essential parts (e.g., accessories).
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you are entitled to an exchange. Please contact us immediately at support@qcystore.pk, and we will arrange the replacement.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
